Very empty!
My supervisor (*) has resigned and will leave soon in July.
My boss has resigned too and will leave in September.
My another supervisor (between myself and *) will end her contract soon and she indicated that she doesn't want the contract to be renewed.
Wordless, man! Very sad. When there's no boss, it's like you're an orphan. You guys are on your own!

It seems that you are interested in Sociology-related issue. I recommend this book to you. Although the focus region is Japan, I find out somehow the presumptions and observations could be applied in some Asian region, especially HK.
